Privacy Policy

URway Publishing operates this website, urwaypublishing.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

• Email signup. If you join an email list on this site, we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to give it, your first name. The signup forms are provided by Kit, our email service. Signup uses double opt-in: your subscription starts only after you confirm from your inbox.
• Messages you send us. If you email us at contact@urwaypublishing.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

• To send the updates you signed up for — new books, releases, and news from URway Publishing, Kae Tusmoove, and ArtéSonique.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• We do not sell or rent your email address or personal information to anyone.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from that list; you can also write to us at contact@urwaypublishing.com at any time and ask us to delete your information, and we will.

Service providers

We use a small number of companies to run this site, and they process information only to provide their service:

• Kit — email signup forms and email delivery.
• Netlify — website hosting. Like most hosts, Netlify keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and operation of the site.
• Sanity — the content system that stores the text and page content shown on the site.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Kit signup form may use cookies or similar technology to operate the form, as described in Kit's own privacy policy.

Purchases and third-party links

This site does not sell anything directly and never collects payment information. Book purchase links go to Amazon, and social-media, video, and game links go to those services. Once you follow a link to another service, that service's privacy policy applies to you there, not this one.

Children

This website is intended for adults — including parents buying books for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
